Delete Account & Data

Users may request the deletion of their invoice app account and all associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Users should email Support@myinflo.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

  • Registered email address
  • Business or account name (if applicable)

What Happens After You Request

  • The user account will be permanently deleted
  • All associated data including invoices, client records, and profile information will be removed

Processing Time

Requests are processed within 7–14 business days, in line with data retention and legal obligations.

Important Note: Some information may be retained temporarily where required by law (such as tax or financial records) before secure deletion.
